Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma holder in Management or related discipline
* Minimum 5 years experience in similar capacity such as shopping mall, hospitality or property management
* Preferably a former Senior Officer in the Police or Military Force
* Maintaining close liaison with the relevant authorities including the Police, Bomba and DBKL
* Well-versed with security, safety and fire-fighting systems and procedures in high-rise buildings
* Strong leadership skills and able to train, lead and supervise a large contingent of security personnel
* Result-oriented and strategic planner
* Computer literate
